It offers set point adjustments in 1 F increments. It concentrates on basic functions such as start stop, fan control, AND temperature settings. This controller does not allow mode changing. This controller is compatible with most wall mounted single zones (but requires accessory communication kit #UTY TWRXZ2), and independently controls all other non wall
