Nose: Rich aromatic spring grass, spiced fruit cake lemongrass and smoking embers, hints of wet damp farm barn wood more rich smoke like a tinder box. Palate: Like a fast moving train this dram heads forward with ease, lots of pungent flavours of smoke and peat, pears with spices and dried coconut, honey lingers
