Roter Veltliner 2025, Emil Bauer Grappa Alberto OrteCertified sustainable, this is the lesser spotted pink skinned Roter Veltliner, fermented in stainless steel so no oak in the mix. Very vibrant, lots of grapefruit, apricot and some fresh ginger spice. Lovely wine, sure to do well with Thai or Vietnamese flavours.
