Domaine Guy Amiot, Chassagne-Montrachet Vieilles Vignes Blanc 2021 4 Kilos mineral flavourThe nose is intense, with notes of glace pineapple, lime, roasted nut and an exotic element, almost tropical. The palate is equally if not more intense. Incredibly tight, citrus slaked and steely with the freshness supporting flavours of roasted cashew, pineapple, grapefruit and some vanilla. This will age really well and give such pleasure.
