Colorful and Carved Vase Size:HWD: 8.5" x 7.5" x 7.5"Inspired by handwoven baskets I found during my travels to Namibia a couple of years ago, this large vase features a number of surface decoration techniques underglaze transfer of teal, yellow and mahogany, carving, wax resist over the color and glazing the negative space in satin charcoal.
