This wine is aged in 30hl oak barrels for approximately 36 months. Very restrained and mineral, the nose is mostly focused on rhubarb, cherry kernel, and elegant earthy tones. There's no space here for flowers and delicacy: the aromatic impact is austere in a very positive way. The palate is precise and elegant, between velvety and silky, with long,
