Clarendon Parish 2007 The Wild Parrot 60.5% 70cl Metaxa Nose: Tangy rich full bodiedJamaican Clarendon Wild Parrot 2007 2022 60. 5% Nose: Spices and hay bales, dark notes, polished leather, wet oak, dark and tasty fruits flow across the nose effortlessly. Palate: Tangy rich and complex aromas, old school rum for sure with the opening of the palate, Sharp sweet spices, black cracked peppers, dark liquorice and hints of dark cherry, a rich liquorice root comes in to play across the whole palate, tangy blackcurrant, and spiced apple.
