There is a collectors ink monogram recto lower left corner
This artist received a BA degree from Yale University in New Haven in 1932

While I could not find a reference to this store, it was possibly a local neighborhood institution for Lerer while growing up, as a Joseph Treegob resided at 4083 Landcaster Ave., Philadelphia in 1924, where Lerer later attended art school. Regardless, it is a charming print, full of amusing quirky details in the shop window, including a favored cat raiding the fish
