The item is impressed underneath the rim JC & Co

It seems the item had 4 feet on which it stood however the feet are no longer present

The pattern incorporates a series of polka dots crowning a fluted and scalloped rim with a weave work motif embossed into the porcelain

The dish also has some spots on the bottom inside
