Two Blocks Cabernet Sauvignon Size:Per Bottle Compared to our popular ChoyaGrown in our northern Coonawarra vineyard and sourced from two blocks, 3 and 4a, within this single vineyard. The larger berries of this block mean more juice and less tannin extraction, making it a fruit driven approachable style. The aroma has a lifted perfume and is full of dark cherry fruit with a touch of vanilla. The palate is bold and full, but has softness, spice and elegant tannins. An approachable Cabernet that will drink well now or cellar
