Guilhem Pot de Vin Chardonnay parellada dark cassis and milk chocolateIn 2015, Bertrand Gourdou found an old label while searching through his grandfather's desk. The label was made in the early 1970's and read "Le pot de vin" which translated means "to the bribe". Back then It was a daring play on words. This inspired Bertrand to make simple natural wines made from biodynaimcally grown fruit, minimal SO2, and in concrete tanks built by his grandfather. His Pot de Vin Blanc is 100% chardonnay. The wine is full bodied
