The basis for the vermouth is a Moscato Bianco Langarolo wine to which a pure and meticulously refined alcohol is added along with about fifteen different aromatic and medicinal herbs gathered from alpine slopes surrounding Turin

The notes continue onto the palate with great intensity and a sumptuous and clean finish

Hints of sauerkraut and ripe banana on the nose

but also vibrant citrus fruits and vanilla

Albury Estate, Classic Cuvee NV Bruno Sorg honeysuckleThis Classic Cuvee of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier has all the hallmarks of a fine sparkling wine. Subtle fruit on the nose, predominately red berries from the Pinot, a little light citrus from the Chardonnay, and a hint of peach is backed up by a really long, mouth filling palate that lingers and satisfies. Fresh and lively, the ripe acidity is complimented by a subtle sweetness, which pleases the senses.
