Nose: Vanilla and light honey, some toasted oak and light spice, maybe a touch of smoke soft floral notes. Palate: Creamy vanilla and soft baked brioche, some caramel and sea salt, tangy but very smooth with light summer fruits and syrup, very mellow in the finish.
