It is produced by a unique collective of winemakers who prioritize freshness and regional authenticity. Pale straw yellow, often with youthful greenish reflections. Fresh and citrus driven with dominant notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit, layered with white flowers, green apple, and a distinct mineral salinity.
