As the name suggests, its undertaken a full maturation in first fill Oloroso sherry butts, amping up both the flavour intensity and complexity of the lightly peated spirit. The casks themselves were hand picked from Bodega Jos y Miguel Martn, located in southern Spain. Theyve proved
