We batch select 6+ year old barrels from our sister distilleries in North Carolina and Kentucky, then re barrel and age them an additional 12 to 18 months. The bourbon is finished in Oaklore's Old Fashioned barrels which were previously used to age our Old Fashioned Cocktail Mixer (available for purchase online) for 12 to 18 months.
