On the nose we have a complex bouquet of fresh apple, pear, peach, apricot, with a touch of citrus. On the palate there is finesse, and a medium body that has an oiliness, which binds extremely well with the sharp acidity and leaves a delightful, long aftertaste with an enjoyable brackish minerality.
