When breeding and training thoroughbreds, a foal is kept with its mare for months after it is born. This allows the wise, aged mare to imprint behaviors and practices of a winning lineage onto her foal. In much the same fashion, we have blended hand selected barrels of our most premium 17 year old bourbon to help guide the flavor profiles of this exquisite
