Truffle Honey Vegetarian Cheese offering a taste of luxuryMade by bees that forage on the nectar from the Acacia tree, Acacia honey is much slower to crystallise than other varieties of honey, giving it a wonderfully smooth texture. The honey is then infused with the highest quality White Truffle (Tuber Borchii) shavings, producing a luxuriously smooth texture, with a uniquely sweet & earthy taste with extraordinary depth from the white truffles. Exquisite when drizzled over cheese and charcuterie.
