Serpentine - 100ml Sculptural Gaiwan and Teacup SetI had so much fun creating this snake gaiwan! I'm super happy with how it turned out. It's nice have a snake to guard your precious leaves! Gaiwan holds 100ml (maybe a little more) and the cup holds the steep comfortably. Nice and light for stoneware, though the snake friend does add a little bit of heft to the lid. Creating hundreds of individual scales by hand is reflected in the price, but I hope this little snake brings someone some joy. All my

The outside of the tray and underside of brewing surface are beautiful unglazed red stoneware

This cute lit pot sadly has a little bit of a lid drip

Holds over 700ml before the waste water hits the brewing surface

and they are playing so well together

They are about 2" wide at the rim

I love throwing tiny cups like this when I have little bits of clay left on the wheel

and has a pretty good pour for 45ml

This cup holds 180ml comfortably and 170ml to the brim

but it still sits nicely on the bowl and has a great pour
