Fenton Fine Porcelain Tea Plate Antique Hulme from Floral China CoBeautifully decorated in what has been popularly known as Foleys Tulips pattern, this fine porcelain tea plate manufactured between 1948 and the early 1950s when this particular Foley Bone China back stamp was in use.
