Crew Cab. Carpet is in pretty nice shape. Minimal wear on the driver side. Didnt see any tears. Part number is pictured. A light cleaning wouldn't hurt before install. It will be rolled up as tight as possible for shipping. So maybe a little wrinkled upon receiving. Comes exactly as pictured.
