Pure volcanic spring water sourced from the extinct "Volcan de Tequila". Distilled in copper pot stills. Matured in American Oak barrels for a minimum of 8 months then blended with a small amount of Anejo aged in American Oak. Nose Banana, caramelized pear, nutmeg, vanilla and caramel. Palate Light oak, vanilla, spice, toffee and macadamia
