The tea cup has a repaired (painted) chip on the rim above the handle (please see pictures)
which depicts a gentleman speaking to a lady with Dutch style homes and a carriage with horses in the background
The rack has an art deco styled handle and has been fitted with four bun feet

Antique (Late 1800's - Early 1900's) Silver Plated Sugar Sifter Spoon - Moline Handle Design Antique It is still in veryA rare antique silver plated sugar sifter spoon manufactured during the late 1800s to early 1900s with a Moline handle design. The Moline handle design was created by Rogers, Rogers & Bro during 1847 and also utilised by Rogers, Smith & Co. in 1893. The pattern was repeated with subtle variations but later discontinued to be re created later, but only in stainless flatware versions. This antique sugar sifter spoon is silver plated.
