Altamente, Volalto 2022 Grüner Veltliner Glorious golden colour and aromasA pure, oak aged Monastrell with lots of ripe dark fruitin fact, there's lots of everything, but the full body, alcohol, acidity and firm tannins are in perfect balance to give a bold red with dark chocolate, tobacco and even chorizo notes. Enjoy this robust dry red with a roast, a chilli con carne or a tagine. Its generous fruit and grippy tannins would also make it a great match for a dark, slowly simmered ratatouille.
