Piment Shochu (Green Pepper) Likör_Kirschblüte hergestellt auf Basis von MirinThe allspice shochu from Ochiai Shuzojyo is made from green peppers, a specialty from Miyazaki. The taste of this shochu is also very special: a ripe aroma of paprika combined with a nice spiciness makes for an extremely refreshing drinking experience. Adding a small amount of this shochu brings a great spiciness to cocktails. Around 10 peppers are used per bottle.
