Wildflower Brewing - Amber #44 variety_umeshu 100% Sangiovese that is freshA rather autumnal blend as it happens. On the nose we get sweet dried fruits, cocoa, toasted muesli and chocolate biscuits. The palate is rich and deep. Beautiful sweet malty lines, raisins and cola. Tempered acidity and dark spicy oak extend the palate. The finish is nutty and toasty. The base beer is brewed entirely with certified organic cereals from Chris and Sam Greenwood's farm in Coleambally NSW. Organic raw Red wheat with Organic Schooner
