Pierre Girardin, Griotte-Chambertin Vintage:2020 it delivers a good core(50% whole clusters). An elegant, pure and equally restrained nose slowly reveals its spicy essence of red berries and a touch of the sauvage. The refined, sleekly muscular and equally stony medium bodied flavors possess more mid palate density before concluding in a sneaky long finish. This classy effort is balanced and harmonious and while there is perceptible wood on the finish at present, it should be integrated quickly.
