They are trimmed in a gilt edge trim, not the more standard brown [note that there is no gilt trim to the foot of the sugar bowl as it isnt protruding on display so to speak]. It is thought by many collectors that the Bone China body produces a nicer quality transfer scene, and the added advantage that
