Managed by Serena Palazzolo and her sons who take the utmost care for the very highest quality grapes. This is barrique fermented and aged for a complex, textured Chardonnay that is as elegant as it is powerful. Never buttery, this has ripe stone fruit notes, subtle vanilla flecks and a persistent minerality, this will open and
