This bottling comes from seven parcels of 50 year old, low yielding, dry farmed vines in Markopoulo, grown on limestone soil across gentle north facing slopes at roughly 100m. The grapes are hand picked in mid September, then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel at 17C for around
