firm and hugely long finish

This is an excellent Volnay villages and one that is also highly recommended

The dryness should round out in time as there is no associated sense of astringency

Pretty and fresh red cherry and purple fruit aromas

Beaucastel, Chateauneuf du Pape Roussanne Vv other_regions Grasso's 2013 Barolo Ginestra CasaButtery, fleshy, and a very solid backup of apricot and peach melba. Lengthy and succulent and substantial. Such tremendous concentration on the finish, but without being too forceful and headbanging. Delightful to drink now, but could age for decades, on previous form. (RH)
