They are full of character and their song is loud and bright. Folklore says that if a blackbird nests near your home then you will be brought good fortune. The blackbird is made from sterling silver but has been oxidised black, the beak has been dipped in gold. The blackbird is 2. 8cm in length, and the oxidised black chain is 46cm.
