This design makes the stem lock smaller on the bottom, simpler, and cleaner when comparing to our other stem lock, leaving you plenty of clearance for all fenders. These WILL NOT provide you any mounting solution for a fender. If your fork clamps do not provide a mounting solution for a fender and you would like to
