Following the Brunate over the course of several days was immensely rewarding
particularly blue berry as well as notes of crushed herb
Au Bon Climat, Hildegard White Vintage:2019 Unlike the Poissenot though this50% Pinot Gris, 40% Pinot Blanc, 10% Aligot. Pale straw. Broad and welcoming on the nose with the Pinot Gris most obvious. Again, that salty note on the palate. Not desperately long. It seems as though its all on the nose at the moment.
