A blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre aged completely in neutral wood foudres, its dense purple color is followed by aromas of roasted meats, saddle leather, animal fur, blackberries, and cherry liqueur. Rich, structured, and full bodied, it may be controversial as there is an element of brett in the
