Ethiopian Guji Medium Roast we favor a slightly heavierThis batch of RESERVE coffee comes from the Buku Sayisa district of Ethiopia's renowned Guji zone. This is a Grade 1 (G1) coffee consisting of three different varietals (74 110, Kurame and Dega). Grown at roughly 2,000 meters under the shade of Cordia and Acacia trees, this lot offers delicious tasting notes consisting of blackberry, kiwi and jam.
