Little Reddie - 2024 Mountain Fizz New Zealand - Patrick Sullivan and XavierThis single site, single variety Shiraz is sourced from a unique block on Dash Farms Vineyard on the western ridge of Leanganook. In Pat's words, this is a fabulous block of grapes that he earmarked long ago for a delicate wine. The block sits on granite at a lofty 460 metres. The fruit was harvested on 6th March and very gently pressed as bunches to old puncheons. After six weeks, the wine was transferred to stainless steel for malolactic conversion
